Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted when we dispatch the products and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering
We accept major debit and credit cards
We also accept other payment methods available at checkout, including Klarna where eligible
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other payment providers we make available at checkout
We do not store your full card details

7. Processing, Handling and Delivery

Processing and Handling Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 working day. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends may be dispatched on the next working day.

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Ownership of the products passes to you when we have received payment in full.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving an eligible item.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unopened and unused
In their original sealed packaging
In the same condition as received

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, sprayed, tested or used perfumes are not eligible for a standard return unless they are faulty, incorrect or not as described.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are usually processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
