At Perfume Corner, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your item in accordance with the policy below.
๐ Return Period
Customers have 30 days from the day they receive their item to return eligible products.
The 30-day return period begins on the date of delivery (not the date of purchase).
Returns must be initiated within this timeframe to qualify for a refund.
๐ฆ Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In their original, sealed packaging
- In the same condition as received
โ ๏ธ For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept any item that has been opened, sprayed, tested, or used.
๐ซ Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Items with broken seals or removed packaging
- Tester bottles
- Clearance or final-sale items (if labelled as such at purchase)
- Gift cards or digital products
โ ๏ธ If an item is returned in an ineligible condition, it will not qualify for a refund and may be sent back to you at your expense.
๐ฎ Return Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Important: Please retain your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
๐ฐ Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 working days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
- Please allow 3โ5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank)
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
โ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping costs) according to the situation.
In cases of damaged or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange collection at no cost to you.

For international orders, the same return policy applies. However, please note:
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees

- International returns may take longer to process due to customs clearance
- Original international shipping fees are non-refundable
