How long does delivery take?

UK: FREE delivery within 2 working days via Royal Mail tracked service

Europe: 5–7 working days (£14.99)

International: 7–14 working days (£23.99)

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! We offer FREE delivery on all UK orders with Royal Mail tracked service. Your order will arrive within 2 working days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel on the Royal Mail website. If you haven't received your tracking information within 24 hours of ordering, please contact us at info@perfumecorner.co.uk

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched on the next working day. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Please contact us immediately at info@perfumecorner.co.uk or call 07768 219998. We process orders quickly, so the sooner you contact us, the better chance we have of updating your address before dispatch.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes! We deliver worldwide. Europe delivery is £14.99 (5–7 working days) and International delivery is £23.99 (7–14 working days). Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply for orders outside the UK, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your item. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. For full details, please visit our Returns Policy page.

Can I return an opened perfume?

Unfortunately, no. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, sprayed, tested, or used perfumes. Items must be in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for return.

How do I return an item?

To start a return:

  • Contact us at info@perfumecorner.co.uk or call 07768 219998
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • We'll send you return instructions
  • Ship the item back to us using a tracked service

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 working days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping costs). In these cases, we'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Are your perfumes authentic?

Yes, absolutely! All our fragrances are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors. We guarantee the authenticity of every product we sell. Each item comes in its original packaging with all manufacturer seals intact. We never sell counterfeit, imitation, or tester products.

How should I store my perfume?

To maintain the quality and longevity of your fragrance:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
  • Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use
  • Avoid storing in bathrooms where temperature and humidity fluctuate
  • Keep away from heat sources

Properly stored perfumes can last 3–5 years or longer.

Do you sell tester bottles?

No, we only sell brand new, sealed retail products. All our perfumes come in their original manufacturer packaging with all seals intact.

Can I request a sample before buying?

We currently don't offer samples. However, we recommend checking the fragrance notes and reviews on the product page. If you're unsure about a scent, please contact us at info@perfumecorner.co.uk and we'll be happy to provide more information about the fragrance.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! We offer gift wrapping services. Please contact us at the time of ordering or email us at info@perfumecorner.co.uk with your order number, and we'll be happy to arrange this for you.

Why are your prices lower than department stores?

As an online-only retailer, we have lower overhead costs than traditional department stores. This allows us to offer competitive prices while maintaining the same authentic, high-quality products. All our perfumes are 100% genuine and sourced from authorized distributors.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted payment system.

Is it safe to shop on your website?

Yes, absolutely! Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway, which is PCI DSS compliant. We never store your credit card details on our servers.

Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?

Currently, we only accept one payment method per order. If you'd like to split your purchase, you can place separate orders using different payment methods.

Will I be charged customs fees for international orders?

For orders shipped outside the UK, customs duties, taxes, and charges may apply upon delivery. These fees are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your delivery address, and view your order history for easier reordering.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at info@perfumecorner.co.uk or call 07768 219998. We process orders quickly, so please get in touch as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Do you have a physical store?

No, we are an online-only boutique. This allows us to offer competitive prices and a wide selection of fragrances. Our warehouse is located at 43 Villiers Road, Southall, UB1 3BS, United Kingdom, but we do not offer in-person shopping or collection.
