• Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day
• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours
• Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed on the next working day
• Bank Holidays: Please allow extra time during UK bank holidays

Note: All delivery times are estimates from dispatch date and exclude order processing time. Delivery times may vary during peak periods.
