United Kingdom

- Delivery Method: Royal Mail Tracked Delivery
- Delivery Time: 2 working days from dispatch
Europe
- Shipping Cost: £14.99 per order
- Delivery Method: International Tracked Delivery
- Delivery Time: 5–7 working days from dispatch
International (Rest of World)
- Shipping Cost: £23.99 per order
- Delivery Method: Worldwide Tracked Delivery
- Delivery Time: 7–14 working days from dispatch

2. Processing & Handling Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day.
- Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday): Dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends: Dispatched on the next working day
- Bank Holidays: Please allow extra time during UK bank holidays
Important: Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
If You're Not Home
If the courier is unable to deliver your order:
- A delivery card will be left with instructions
- You may be able to arrange redelivery or collection
- Check your tracking information for updates
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable:
- We will contact you to arrange redelivery
- Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery
- If the package was returned due to an incorrect address you provided, you will be responsible for return shipping costs
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost:

- We will investigate with the courier
- If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund
- We will provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item
