Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund where:
- Your return request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The item is unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging
- The item is returned in the same condition in which it was received
- You can provide proof of purchase, such as your order number
- You contact us first and receive return instructions before sending the item back
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, sprayed, tested or used perfumes are not eligible for a standard refund unless the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described.
Items Not Eligible for a Standard Refund
- Opened or used perfumes
- Items with broken seals or removed packaging
- Clearance or final-sale items where clearly marked at the time of purchase
- Gift cards or digital products
If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet this policy, we may refuse the refund and the item may be returned to you at your expense.

Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We cannot issue refunds to a different card, account or payment method.
- Card payments: refunded to the original card used for purchase
- Klarna payments: refunded through Klarna in line with their payment process, where applicable
- Other payment methods: refunded to the original payment method used at checkout
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Shipping Costs and Refunds
Original delivery charges are not usually refunded unless required by law or where the item was faulty, incorrect or not as described.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in line with your legal rights.
How to Request a Refund

- Do not send any item back until we have provided the correct return instructions
- Return the item using an appropriate tracked service where advised
- Keep proof of postage until the matter is resolved

Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved but you have not yet received it:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original item if eligible and place a new order separately.
